Order confirmation

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as a receipt for your purchase.

Custom Orders

-All custom orders are made-to-order, tailored specifically to your requests.

-Any modifications or special requests must be communicated within 24 hours of placing your order 

No Refunds or exchanges 

Final sale policy: due to the nature of our custom handmade items, all sales are final.

Once an item is returned based on circumstance, we do not offer cash refunds, store credit, or exchanges

we encourage customers to carefully review descriptions and sizes before making a purchase.

Quality Assurance 

Each item undergoes quality checks before shipping. if the item you received is defective or not as described, please contact us with in 3 days of receiving item. 

Returns based on Circumstances

If you believe your item qualifies for return under specific circumstances (defective products or errors in your order), please follow these steps

-We will review your request and notify you of the decision with in 3-5 business days 

Shipping

-All items are shipped UPS or USPS priority shipping costs are non-refundable 

- Please ensure your address is correct when placing an order. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or undelivered items due to incorrect address information. 

Updates to policies 

Stitched by SB  reserves the right to update these polices at any time. changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
